The Olympia and discovery yachts are in my opinion the nicest quick to assemble sailing yachts I have seen, The are styled after the J class racing sloops of the early 1900’s very sleek and with a large keel the models are superb all weather sailing craft. They are big models with the advantage of been very easy to dismantle for transport. They would make a fantastic display model when not in the water The models are built traditionally with a planked wood hull - and finished in yacht varnish and high gloss paint- They only require very basic assembly and installation of the Rc equipment which is easy as we include a nice pictorial instruction booklet |
