The Hydro Flyer is truly amazing - You Can be RCHobby on a lake, Pond or simply a open field racing around as a car or a boat, Skimming over the surface then with a flick of a switch the model transforms in to a amazing aerobatic stunt flyer, YES THAT’S RIGHT this model goes from a surface skimming model to a Fully aerobatic Park flyer. Flying wise it will fly as gently or as aggressively as you want You could gently float round or Do a amazing RCHobby aerial ballet. The Mane Hull is made from the amazing emm this is a rubberised foam material that absorbs impact - It will snap but then repair is easy using the GLUE INCLUDED or copydex The top hatches and fins are from depron foam similar to egg box material again easy to repair - We have full spares in stock if you need them Power comes from a Brushless motor and Lithium Polymer battery pack. The motor drives a large but flexible propeller via a simple gearbox. The propeller wont break the skin on full power (Hurts like hell though) and its shielded by the hull- The include speed controller has a safety start on it so again it helps toward preventing accidents. Power from the 11.4v 1200mah Lipo battery goes through a brushless speed controller this gives you very fine control over the motor from zero revs to full power. This easily gives 15 minutes of aerobatic flying time no ones been able to fly it gently as were all having too much fun but we estimate a full 30 mins on gentle flying - The Grin on your face when it shoots up in to the air is fantastic. Recharge time is approx 2 hours we do also have a fast charger and spare battery options available We include in the full set a Good Quality 4 ch 35mhz CE approved and UK legal Radio Control set along with the required servos - The RCHobby Radio Control set can be used in any other flying RC model it is a Fully UK legal and approved system - Good quality and with a Battery monitor gauge - Range is 500- 100m depending on battery power and your flying site YOU will only need 8 AA batteries for the transmitter to build and fly this model if you purchase our full set WE EVEN INCLUDE A LARGE POT OF THE CORRECT GLUE FOR ASSEMBLY Assembly is easy the instruction manual is excellent and we also include helpful set up and build sheet written by our technicians here - Even someone of no model building skill will have this built in 1 - 2 hours.
