This must be the perfect starter radio controlled model for the junior modeller. It would make a fantastic present for the small but loud ones in your life (great for big uns as well). The Gekko uses thrust steering as do all our step 1 models but with an “intelligent” flight control system. Basically it uses a small micro chip controlled by a switch on the handset which gives it 3 levels of flight from slow and gentle to fast. It uses 2 geared electric motors with flexible propellers which won’t hurt little hands. The quality of the model is fantastic and as its made from a flexible rubberised foam the Gekko is amazingly crash resistant.
