     Ready to fly Aircraft

    We have a simple procedure for Ready to Fly Aircraft. ANY FAULTS must be reported before the model is flown. If you attempt to fly  the model then your model will not be classed as Faulty and as such  no refunds or returns will be accepted. This rule applies to Ready  to fly Helicopter's it sounds harsh but unfortunatly some customers  crash there models and attempt to then claim the model is faulty.

    We strongly suggest you charge the batteries, operate all controls and carry out a range check before you attempt to fly.

    We will always assist customers who have damaged ther models due to  a crash

    Ready to Run Cars

    Simple rule - Install/ Charge the batteries - carry out a range  check again if the model has been run and damaged then no refunds or  returns will be accepted

    Ready to run Boats

    Self Assembly Kits

    When you recieve your model you need to carry out a check to see if  any components are missing - Any missing Items must be reported within 7 Days of reciept of the goods - Outside this period you will  need to contact the manufacturer directly We will always assist with  this

    We try to support you as much as possible but Radio controlled models do get damaged in use and GPI accept no responsibility  for this damage

    Firstly YOU MUST READ our terms of sale document   Secondly we Reserve the right to Repair, Replace, or Issue a Credit note in that order in that order on all purchases that fall outsite the 7 cooling off period.     Product is Unwanted

    You can return your purchases within 7 days of delivery for a refund of your purchase price minus a shipping and handling fee of £10gbp . Postage costs of returning the item to ourselves is to be bourne by you and we strongly urge you ensure that your chosen postage method is insured and that you request a signature upon delivery, proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of return. Items will only be accepted if we have issued you with a returns number which must be clearly stated on the outside of the package you send. The item must be returned in an UNUSED AND UNOPENED condition, we reserve the right to reject items that are not returned in this condition. If these terms are not adhered to you will be required to pay for shipping charges in order for us to return the product to you or a further fee of £10.00 if this product is resaleable. Any item deamed damaged and unsaleable will be at our discretion to refund a percentage of the purchase price. ALL REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED ON THE 1st Business day of each month, this is without exception. If your return is within 30 days all of the above applies but we will charge a 7% admin fee.

    You must not return items using "return to sender" as we are not able to guarantee how long it will take or whether the goods will reach us from the post office using this method.

    We may wave the fee or extended the returns period at certain times of the year or in exceptional cirumstances, this is at our discretion please clichk here for details

     

     

     

     

    Items with Faults

    We do not accept minor marks and damage due to shipping and handling as a fault, but we will where possible attempt to replace the damage item. This is at our discretion.

    If your item has been delivered with a fault then contact us, if we tell you to return the item then you will need to fill in the following form. You will then be issued with a returns number and a postal address. Postage costs of returning the item to ourselves will not be refunded, we strongly urge you ensure that your chosen postage method is insured and that you request a signature upon delivery, proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of return. We will then repair or replace your goods in the quickest possible time. We may offer you a alternate product or a refund, this is at our discretion. When the item is returned we will test the item in our technical department. Should the item prove not to be faulty a standard charge of £15 gbp will be applied which will need to be paid before we return the item to you. If you are unsure of whether your product has a fault, please do not hesitate to contact us wherein we will advise you on how to proceed.

    If the item has been used and damaged i.e. in a crash then the item will not be deamed as faulty. If has developed a technical fault after a crash then please contact us. It is our policy to try help customers with their models where ever they purchased it.
